Our office just started its operation. We have started using sanitisers and handwash. One guy showed us this product which we thought of sharing with you. Its a safety hook called "Safe Hands:. Quite interesting and safe to use.
Human touch to the contaminated surfaces of door handles, ATM, Elevator lifts can pose a big threat to individual safety and thereby can cause the virus to spread further. To prevent and minimise such spread it is necessary to take precautionary measures like frequent handwash and use of sanitisers. But practically it is difficult to do so at all public places. Many companies are taking precautionary measures to tackle this situation. But still it is necessary at individual level to be safe. One such solution to do so is by minimising use of hands to touch surfaces of door handles, door knobs, elevator buttons, ATM buttons, etc. There is one recently launched product called "Safe Hands" which serves this purpose. Its a safety hook designed portable product which can be carried in pockets, purse as it is small in size and very light weight. It has a protective cover to avoid contaminated surface to touch the pockets, purse. It is washable so can be easily washed on daily basis as and when required. The "Safe Hands" is completely 3D printed using biodegradable PLA material. So it is environment friendly as well.
It is a very good concept which can improve the safety standards of working premises further. Being the HR/Admin panel , you surely must be having safety policies in place but this product can add to scope of improvement further.I have attached a small descriptive leaflet which was shared to us to give idea about the product and its use.
