One of our accounts manager did a mistake that without Eway bill sent a vehicle to customer's place, on the way GST officer catch the vehicle and put a fine to company 3 lakh 50 thousand, for this reason know management has to put 5 thousand penalty to accounts manager. Please help me to how to prepare latter for above matter.
