I am a Central Government Employee. I have got selected to a better profile in State Govt job.
I did not take No Objection Certificate from my employer for applying for the above selected post.
I did not even mention about my current job while filling up the application form & during interview also I showed my experience as NIL.
Please guide will it affect my new job & what steps can I take now.
Kindly guide me also about the resignation procedure from my current job.
