For any success, the TOTAL QUALITY PEOPLE (TQP) is essential. TQP are people with character , integrity, good values, and positive attitudes.
Some one approached Blaise Pascal, the famous French Philospher, and said " If i had your brains, i would be a better person. Pascal replied, "Be a better person and you will get my brains".
Great org. are not measured by wages, working condition, they are measured by feelings, attitudes and relationships.
When employees say, " I cant' do it", there can be two possible meanings.
Either they are saying they dont know how to or they are saying they dont want to.
If they are saying that they dont know how to , it is a technical training issue.
If they are saying that they dont want to, it may be an attitude issue (they dont care), or a value issue.
The Calgary Tower stands at 190.8 Meters. The total weight of the twoer is 10,884 tons of which 6,349 tons are below ground ( approximately 60%). This shows that some of the greatest buildings have the strongest foundations. Just like a great building stands on the strong foundation, so does success.
And foundation of success is ATTITUDE.

positive attitude helps to come out of any problem--no matter how tedious the prob may be. contrary to this a negative att. will only showcase or highlighten the negatives more than the postives, making the problem worse.

i agree with u .attitude is the main deciding factor.But my doubt is, is there any way by which you can measure attitude in a quantitative manner? or how can you judge attitude?
