Kindly guide me that If an employee is working as part time, can he be covered under ESI & EPF Compliances though he is working in other establishment also where all ESI & EPF Contributions are done.

Dear Deepak
If your establisment is covered under ESI & EPF, then all the employees irrespective of nature(contract, casual, temporary,permanent & other) of their employment are to be covered. They are either through the contractor in absence by the principal employer.

Oh my God ..did anyone doubts UP is also part n parcel of Constitutional India..All central and state rules applicable to all over UP cities towns villages etc For any limited company or factory shop hotel etc
