Hi,
I have completed computer science engineering then I did MBA HR & systems , now I m working in a PAN India company as management trainee HR ,in Recruitment team and my package is 1.8LPA .
As I get to know about openings in IT industry ,MNC’s with good package like 4-6LPA. Like business analyst HR , functional consultant HR,.. positions. which require all my academic strength ie IT + some HR knowledge. i feel difficult to make decision.
I don’t know which industry to stick with ? Where my career growth would be high ?
Currently I have some financial constraint ,which is manageable like educational loan ..ect.

Hi,
Choosing a career is purely on individual interest. Suggestion can be give, but we are not sure if that would be wise. But only think which I can tell you is that, when you enter into Core HR -Recruitment/Training & Development/or other HR areas the growth is slow and steady. The learning are more but you cannot quantify them as it is all related to life science. The job opportunities are also the same way. It is not like any IT job, you need to think more than twice to shift your job.
When you want to enter into a role of a business analyst , you also need to have good technical knowledge. You should be capable of understand customer requirement and converting them into system level design. The salary and the job opportunities are good, growth is much faster, but still you need to be technically competent.
The choice is yours, you know where you stand.
Regards,
Kiruthika
