Hi Meenu,
Well for the Induction presentation you can prepare a Powerpoint presentation about youur company. The presentation may include
1)a briefing about your company,
2)its objectives,
3)details of the board of directors,
4)HR policies,
5)organizational hierarchy etc.

Hi Meenu,
Abhishek has it correct.
If the inductees are themselves freshers, you might have to add certian things like, etiquette- in communication, in behaviour across levels in the organization ( remember no one has ever told them about it! ).
Decide if it is only Induction alone or "Induction Training". Because the value addition will come with "Indiuction Training". Adding a flavour of training to your program will go a long way in preventing future problems.
For this you will have to get a good look at te profiles of the Inductees. From there you can decide what all to add.
Best of Luck. Keep us posted on what happens.
