Any policy normally derived normally with the top mgt team. Any way to give you some hints, you may say---
1.we will ensure safety of all individuals by use of PPE in all processes and everyone will ensure implementation and usage
2. We will provide All emergency preapredness requirements for safety and health measures of the company
3. The management will constitute a safety and health committee for all safety and health requirements for defining the processes and effective implementation and guidance of the processes.
In any case the ideal thing for the company to go in for OHSAS 18001 certification, everything will fall in place or study the standard and define processes and implement-need not go in for certification...thanks we can provide further guidance...
