We have our own appraisal tool as part of E-Business Suite, but our company is looking for better performance management appraisal tool to take more value out of this new tool. Items such as good reports, analytics etc. Would appreciate the pointers on this.
Our internal team had investigated few things on emptrack and taleo. Any other better tool?
