Hi all, As i searched in the internet, My company "XXX" mentioned as fake company, but it is not true. Ours is 6 years old company and having our own in-house development products, patented solutions which are using by Govt., Semi Govt. & Private organisations almost 700 clients spread across India.
How can i get our company removed from the list of fake companies. Please guide me to resolve this issue.

Dear Mr. ,
They are some certainities in fake reviews on different sites. First, check with the site information which shows that their info for your company is at the outset. If you think you can contact the purticular subscriber it may work out for you.
Public review websites allows any one to post online reviews. If the review or related info is fake or invalid then you may flag the contents or spam and the authorised site publisher records your complaint on a check to remove the contemporary para.
Eventhough, the stick lies around, the good way to deal it all is to file a case against such websites proclaiming erroneous information. You should make sure that your evident enough and also have to file a decree in legal and ethical.

Is there any disclaimer/notice, to be issued by an internet firm, wherein any concern from an individual, needs to be first, notified to the company, before lodging a complaint or a public outcry in the media? In case the individual reports to media, including print, electronic and social, without informing the firm, they stand liable, upto a defamation case.
The motive to look for this information is to make sure a genuine concern gets acknowledge, without letting it being used as a publicity stunt for or against any company or an individual.
