Dear Citehr members,
Is there any minimum qualification required for the role of Engineering - Head in a GMP regulated company?
Does GMP guidelines mention anywhere that HODs need to hold a bachelors degree?

The reply of such query may remain reserved with the person of company who deals the ISO and GMP registration and renewal matters, as during documentation they have to submit the qualifications of the faculty / departmental supervisors,
Depending on the product complexity they have to recruit the suitable person, it may need some extra qualification even

Dear Annonymous,
As per any company manual or procedure in recruitment, the primary points taken for recruiting shall be educational qualification, skill levels, exposure, experience etc.
These are all decided/mentioned in competency matrix of the organization.
Any certified company would follow such Comp.Matrix which is ideal for the working environment.
