I have joined in an 'X' MNC as a fresher and signed a service agreement for 2 years. Now after undergoing training for 1 month I came out of the company because of another better offer. Will I face any legal issues from that 'X' company?

What are the wordings in your service agreement regarding incomplete training and exit?
X company can sue you for breach of agreement and recover cost of training and other damages as per service agreement. For better advice put the agreement in the forum for correct advice.

Dear Sir,
Can we escape statutory compliance by doing service agreement?
Employees have required more take home.
Government scheme NEEM(NEESA) agent charges are too high for not paying
statutory compliance.
Thanks,
Mili
