Hi,
I have to conduct some small training sessions with my Team leaders and QA's related to teamwork and motivation so that they can implement the same within their teams. This trainning would have nothing related to their job profile but it is just an effort to develop some sense of responsibility towards their job.
If anyone can help me with some kind of presentations or material in this case would be of great help.

Dear Lakshmi,
Before you go ahead with the training programme, be clear of its end result. Any programme done without deciding the outcome will have poor ROI.
Your goal statement of the training programme "just an effort to develop some sense of responsibility towards their job" is quite vague. You need to be more specific on what you wish to increase and what you wish to decrease.
When training programmes with vague goal statements is conducted, they yield poor ROI. In turn, this affects the faith of the employers in the training itself. Hope you take precaution to avoid this situation.
Thanks,

Thanks Dinesh,
but I have to conduct some sessions for around 1hour. Right now there are no issues related to productivity, quality, attrition etc. Within this session we will be playing some team games even. That is why I wanted to put some efforts towards this.

Dear Priya,
Dinesh has made a valid point and you have not addressed it. You still say that you need to conduct "some sessions for around 1 hour". And that there are no issues to be addressed. Then, what is the purpose?
Have a nice day.

Even i understand this but I am forced to do so. Initially I had planned for some fun activity for their engagement which would work as refreshment session and employees will enjoy. But, If our branch manager's had decided then we can not go against them. That's why i thought of such idea.
