thank you for posting the wonderful ppt. one suggestion i have is to include more number of tips to increase the open area of the johari window. one of the best ways to do is to take a test called the personal effectiveness test from a book called 'Training Instruments in HRD and OD'. the PE test is based entirely on the concept of the johari window and can be very useful for charting out clear action plans to be effective both at the workplace as well as at home. using the ppt in conjunction with the instrument can be very useful to help employees understand the importance of the concept and also become more effective
