I would like your help on the topic "PERFORMANCE COACHING". As i searched on net and various books with regards to this topic but i am not able to get some quality inputs.
I need help, of you all experienced members so that i can enrich my concept and knowledge about "PERFORMANCE COACHING".

I am amazed that you could not find quality inputs after searching the web. What sort of article are you planning to write and to which journal?
Instead of posing a general question on the topic, I suggest that you digest the information on the concept and then pose precise questions to get practitioners' input. Then you are more likely to get responses.
