I would like to get some inputs on Work from Home policy. If anyone have a policy already in your company on "work from home" kindly share them.
Also, generally for us there has been a long term concern that, employees who choose "work from home" are generally less productive. We are a Software Product development company and we are cannot afford loss of productivity. We provide this option of WFH only incase of emergencies but recently recurrence of these emergencies are also frequent and now getting to be a larger concern. Can anyone suggest how to handle this scenario?
