Dear advice seeker,
Please note the following:
a) Whether to do MBA in Finance or HR is your personal call. We the members of this forum are outsiders and do know about your interests or liking. If you have commerce background then Finance will be little easy. Those who do not have commerce background always find Finance difficult. If you score well in theoretical subjects then HR is good for you.
b) Irrespective of discipline of study, Finance or HR, if you have decided to do MBA then there is no need to any certification course. Just complete your 1-2 years in the existing job then do MBA. If you are in position to do full-time MBA the better.
c) Taking MBA course apart, you need to improve your English. With this kind of English, how you were selected even for that BPO job that you would know better. Please note that mere having command over English will not get you good job but lack of it will certainly doom your career. Now whether to improve English or not is your call.
d) Lastly, your post manifests lack of your faith on quality. The way you have written post shows your carefree attitude. This is not acceptable in the professional world. One need not put lot of efforts to write a post in MS Word then copy and paste it here. This laziness may hold back your career.
I have written above things that are in your interest. Do not take these personal.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
