HELLO,
YOU CAN ACTIVATE SOME THING LIKE A CHAT FACILITY FOR THE RECRUITERS TO DIRECTLY CHAT WITH THE CANDIDATES. SOME THING LIKE A GMAIL FOR BOTH RECRUITERS AND THE CANDIDATES TO CHAT WITH EACH OTHER
ALSO YOU CAN HAVE DETAILS LIKE WHO IS THE BEST TRAINERS IN A PARTICULAR REGION OR AREA, ETC ETC
THEN YOU CAN HAVE BLOGS BY THE CANDIDATES AND ALSO BY THE RECRUITERS AND THEN A COLUMN THAT TELLS THE INTERVIEW TECHNIQUE AND WAYS TO NCHANCE THEIR RESUME BUILDING SKILLS
THANK YOU
OCTAVIOUS

[color=violet]surmi u can also have an online test posted from the employers side once the candidate click on apply for the current position. this will help the employer to recieve some of the shortlisted resumes. this test can be time bound and questions may be general but not objective.
secondly search should be made more easier both from the employee and employer side and u can also take utmost measures to differentiate the resumes with respect to exp, location, qualificiation etc so that exact key words canbe matched out int he blog.
i am not very sure but i hope i am making sense
