Dear Sir, Am Jeevan Kumar. The company has called me by phone by force to resignation for my job to say like that. I got a call from hr and accounts manager one month back & they asked for resignation. Then I ask for a letter or mail for resignation purpose.but did not send any mail and letter. I ask for without any letter & mail how I can resign the job and I ask full and final amount. Now there are terminate in a job on 12th Oct 2020. The company deducted 20% in salary 6 months due to cost-cutting & can get another 3-month salary. Can tell how much amount for full n final (cost-cutting 20%+3 month salary).
