Dear member,
I recommend you creating policy on your own and uploading it here. Asking for a ready-made policy is as good as asking for spoon-feeding. Is this acceptable to you?
In the policy define what is general closeness and what is workplace romance. There are cases wherein employees get intimate with each other even though they are not in relationship. This is nothing but prurience. You need to cover this topic in the policy. Going further, today's romance could turn out tomorrow's case of sexual harassment. The policy must educate employees on what precautions they need to take.
Lastly, policy is expected to be concomitant with modern workplace. It should not project company culture as conservative or preposterous.
Thanks,

Dear Friend,
You may take help of a consultant for drafting the policy in line with the defination of POSH Act. Your early action for adopting a policy in the establishment would check. The policy should conssider some actions of mutual relationship as violation of POSH and others as gravious misconduct other than SH and punishment there under.
I strongly agree with the contention of Mr Dinesh Divekar.
