Kindly help me out in getting the Salary standards of the IT companies.
I am working with a small company where almost 50+ people are working. Company is working on .net platform.
Also please mention the Average salary for an HR Manager with 7 years of experience in the small UK BASED company.

Hi Minakshi,
When u r working in small organisation that to be into software it is easy to plan salaries.
As u mentioned in your mail, salary to 7+ years exp. in HR filed. Telling you frankly. If you are looking for a person from IT, you need to pay 5-7 lks P.S. If you are looking for a HR from manufacturing sector, you will get for lesser CTC 4-5.But it is difficult to manage him as he/whe would be coming form hard core environment.
Salary for IT people.
Fix up yourseld some salary range according to Exp.
Trainee : 5000/ after 6 months make it to 8000,after appraisal 12 k pm.
2+ years CTC would be 2 to 2.5 lkh
3+ years CTC would be 2.5 to 3.5 lks
Orelse the simple principle is give 20-30% hike on current CTC irrespective of designations.
