Dear Yash
Your posts where never deleted without reasons. I just checked you have been making multiple posts on same topic either in the same forum or different forum. Multiple posting are not allowed.

Hello Yash, well its good that you realized this mistake and the rules of this place that no one has allowed to post multiple threads/posts. You know multiple posts create lots of problem and the people who are in need for something or looking for any material/ any help gets numerous post with the same topic and it creates lots of confusion and many more to get the specific answers/material and required information...You can also understand this.. right??
And about your question and deleted posts, I wud say it dosent matter how many threads you have posted but the thing is matter is that what you have contributed, have learned and shared at this esteem place. And we all are here for this special purpose. Hope you getting my point. And Yash, please do re-post your all questions in a single thread and let other member and seniors know what they can do for you...

Dear Yash0426,
I just checked a few and I have deleted your posts and have given the reason against it as "Multiple posts". Please do not expect us to notify you in person.
A peace of general advice to all members: please do not coment on the way people have responded, in the general forum; if you have issues, plese air that in a private message.
Have a nice day.

Dear Yash
My idea was only to send a very clear, crisp, straight forward information which you demanded, rest what ever came along with it can be considered complimentary.
There are about few lac members in this forum, and if you expect that every person will be informed before his/her post will be deleted, then it is too high expectation from moderators
And lastly, you gave me chance to be harsh, if you had read the forum rules and regulations properly and followed the same, I wouldn't have ever got any chance to comment on anything.

Dear Super Moderators,

I do have a piece of Advice to all Moderators of this forum. Please be sure that "Neither i am supporting any member nor taking Moderator's side". Its a NEUTRAL INFORMATION. Also, i didn't even attempt to hurt anyone, hope, none will get offended by my message, as we all are highly matured personalities. I thought, perhaps, its worth posting here.

1) Human beings are born to make mistakes and we do had learnt from ours and others mistakes as well. I am sure, most of the members of this forum haven't read https://www.citehr.com/231-rules-reg...#axzz1W7D5QwVw. Its a human tendency that "RULES ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN or ALWAYS BROKEN". I knew that, RULES & REGULATIONS were updated as time progressed. There should be some visible option in this forum to highlight the importance of RULES & REGULATIONS, as huge information is posted everyday.

2) If any MODERATOR had deleted xyz THREAD due to SPECIFIC REASON(S), please do notify the member by "SHORT PRIVATE MESSAGE". This is the way to make them learn/understand "whether the member had met the norms for posting xyz information in this forum?" and realize "where they went wrong". I agree that, "NONE IS PERFECT IN THIS WORLD" including myself, but, there is a process called "BEING PERFECT" and it is NEVER ENDING/CONTINUOUS PROCESS.

3) In the HOME PAGE, please provide an option/link for members to post "HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION" to MODERATORS. only if it is not allowed to post in the forum due to violation of rules & regulations. No wonder, you may take time to respond to them as most of the threads left unnoticed.

4) Every MODERATOR should play the role of an EDUCATOR. There is a huge difference between a MODERATOR and EDUCATORS because along with an "AUTHORITY", EDUCATORS leave long lasting memorable impression by helping individuals to learn effectively, with examples.

5) We can't expect everyone to be PERFECT in this world and also to be a personality with "DOWN TO EARTH ATTITUDE", but, one being a MODERATOR should be an example for "DOWN TO EARTH - ATTITUDE" and a good EDUCATOR. This will help members to learn from our MODERATORS as they are chosen for a SPECIFIC ROLE.

Please consider my advice from a "POSITIVE PERSPECTIVE". You will find a beautiful encoded message.

Forgive me, if i am wrong and do correct me as well.

With profound regards

Dear Skhadir

I am sorry, I beg to differ. If rules are meant to be broken philosophy is applied in real sense then life would be nothing but a puzzle with no answers. And society a Babylon (literature meaning of Babylon a land of vices).

Please understand that it is not possible for any moderator on this forum, to send any kind of private messages to any person as and when his/her post is deleted.

Educators are created by students and not other way round, what kind of students do you believe we will create out people, when we fail to insist on the importance of following normal rules and regulation of the forum.

Not only moderators, but many senior, junior members have always been part of knowledge sharing. And why should any member resort to spoon feeding, people thirsty for knowledge can come, join, search for the knowledge, and nobody is stopping them.

I agree with your view that there is need for highlighting the option of rules and regulation. And this is already been bought to the notice of CHR.

Also kindly remember, this is a free forum and many options that members think should be there cannot be included due to huge cost is involved. Also kindly all be informed that most of the moderators here are moderating the forum on gratuitous ground and not for monetary benefit, in fact there is no monetary benefit.

If you compare the number of moderators against the number of members, then you will find that moderators are very less, in comparison to members.

Why dont members here, come forward and be moderator for some forum, this way things will be easier and a also people will understand how things and why things are the way they are.

Believing that you have been talking about down to earth attitude, in regards to my reply to yash, then please be informed that, I have my attitude in place , its just that I am least worried for being called brash for doing my work honestly and with diligence, then being blamed being a sleeping and complacent authority.

My attitude is purely situational and change from person to person.

Either positive or negative comments are good because it shows I am still relevant.

Regards

Octavious
