Assistant Manager (Production) working for one of the Companies of the Group: Can he sign the Drug Control authority document of another Company of the same Group. There is clause in the appointment letter that he is bound to work in any of the companies of the Group and with this condition can we ask him to sign all the statutory documents?? Or else, should we have any Special Power of Attorney (Revocable) for authorizing him to sign the above said documents.
