In Chemical industry basic threat is safety ie., wrt to chemical reactions, material & equipment handling. In this context majority of the training should be General safety, SOPs, cGMP,MSDS, equipment handling & the process
To achieve and implement this every employee should be proactive, well communicated, highly skilled wrt analysis, planning & organizing hence the behavioral trg.
Plan a minimum of 24 hrs - 48hrs ( 3 - 6 days for Behavioral training) per annum & Technical / on the job / safety as per the organizational need. Tehnical part need to be discussed with immediate superiors / HODs / Head of safety and plan.
