Hi All, We have one contractor in Maharashtra who has obtained a CLRA License. What type of return will they file to the labour office? Please suggest.

The answer is simple and there I no need to copy paste from chat gpt.

The contractor needs to file an annual return each year under CLRA.
They may need to file other returns applicable (eg. Under shop and establishment act, bonus act)
The Contract Labour department is not fully online and you can file the returns online as far as I know.

Half yearly return is abolished in Maharashtra in 2021.

There is also an annual return to be filed by principal employer (unless they are filing a combined return under factory act), so please do not forget that.
