When an employee joins it takes some time to collect all documents like bank account proof & kyc in required format. Due to which the date on it can be different from date of joining on the joining form. My question is can joining date and date on Form-11 can be different?

Form 11 is a document to declare whether the employee is already a member of PF or not. It has nothing to do with date of joining. Normally all forms will bear a date on which it is prepared or signed. In form 11 there is no relevance to the date of signing the form 11 but what are important are the contents like previous UAN, date of exit from the previous PF etc.
All statutory forms and identity proofs are collected at the time of joining itself. But a delay of a few days will not make any issue.
