Hi If I have a Oppening balance of the year for Privilege Leave(PL) as 12 and my current year 2022 is 20 so overall my PL is 32 ..
During end of the year my organization gives option to en-cash 08 and 02 to carry forward..
My question is ..
For example my current leave balance is 32 ( 12 oppening balance and 20 for the year) I have utilized 22 so my pending PL is 10 (32-22=10).
Am I eligible to use opening balance leaves too to utilize as leave?? or i should only use current year which is 20??
Encashment will be counted only on current year issued balance and NOT on oppening balance ??
