I filled my ECR today and i paid the amount and the amount got deducted from my account but still the status shows as "AWAITING PAYMENT CONFIRMATION". Pls help me with it.

Wait for 3 working days, After that once the payment might get confirmed or it will get reversed to bank. You can reject the transaction in Actionable Challan in ECR upload and get corrected and you can make fresh payment.
