you need to serve a show cause notice and call for explanation. in case if you found the reply not satisfactory you can go for conducting of domestic enquiry for finding truth of misconduct by the delinquent.

Misbehaviour with security personnel should be treated seriously and strict action needs to be taken after due enquiry.
Security personnel need to be treated with respect as their job is difficult and they have to remain alert 24*7.
