Hi Seniors, Is there any rule for appraisal to be done for outsourced employees. Is there any judgments passed to do appraisal or not to do appraisal for outsourced employees.

There is no law requiring you to do appraisal for any employee.
It's an internal process that companies follow to work out who should be given how much increment.
For outsourced employees, it is a good idea not to do any appraisals at your end. It could be used by contract workers to strengthen their claim that the contract is a fraud and that they are actually employees in direct control of you.
