Hello Everyone, I work for a facilities management company in Delhi. My query is when the wage is lower than minimum wage, we can add special allowances in the quote. Can you mention what are the special allowances, to convince the client? Thank you.

Dear Operations-Royale7,
You have not mentioned whether it is purely manpower contract only or comprehensive contract with material.
Here more important points is that whether client will accept and finalize the quote or not? What if any other establishment quotes on basis of Minimum Wages only? In such case the other establishment will be L1 and you can loose the contract.
If you are quoting on basis of “Single Bid” and it is for sure that you will get the contract, then you can add HRA (same could be exempted from PF as well).
If it is related to Blue Collar jobs only then it is advisable to draft cost optimized structure with enhanced Net Salary.
In r/o higher grade you can add more heads related to Social Security and Tax Exemption.
Senior and suggest more inputs in the matter?
