Greetings,
i ve prepared a birth day calendar for my organisation's employess as our organisation is a small one i ve made in in one sheet, you can make it according to the strength of your organisation like can divide it month wise,branch wise,dept. wise ect.
on the top you can mention the Company day Celebration date
you can also mention the contact no's there if required, i ve not done that as this would increase the company telephone bill unnecessarily

Although it is a great effort on ur behalf to prepare such a birthday calender but it is very difficult to prepare it in an organization where more than 1000 employees are working.
