Hi all, I have been working in a manufacturing co. for the last 9 years as a sales & service co-ordinator. The company implemented the performance appraisal system through one software (tool). I have got 95% rating on my performance for the year 2007. I would like to ask the management for a salary increment for the time being. Please provide me some sample letters.
