We have started a new factory on the same location the old one is exist, since there is a road between the two units. We have separate labour license for the new unit. Now, I want to know the status of ESI & PF of employees transferred from old unit to new unit. Shall I continue the same EPF & ESIC numbers for the both unit, because the new unit is used for manufacturing purpose only, there is no sale invoice and there is no separate administrative office for the new unit. All operation will be happened from Main unit only. Can anyone clarify me in this regard.
