Dear Sir,
Recently i have joined a manufacturing and export company (providing color solutions) to Fmcg's,cosmetics,Fabric etc.
Basically, a group of company ,there is 4 to 5 companies under it operated by 3 MD's and their newly joined 2 sons,factory manager were running it so long.Now newly set up HR department .
Functional Department are Research and Development, Finance and Account,Purchase, Marketing and Sales,Factory Administration,Sub department like-Warehouse/Inventory,Workshop, Formulation & Mixing,Packaging etc.
i have been asked to prepare HR Policy,Organizational Chart, Hierarchy ,Prompt designation for every departments employee, their roles and JD ,which will also need to put on HR ERP.
Please help , by providing suitable data ..........
