I have perused MBA (HRM) and recently joined a consultancy as HR executive,
before that I was in teaching job for 6 years.My job is recruitment ,after having
some experience,can I get job in some big companies? What kind
of experience and expertise will be needed for further career

Do some HR related courses (MBA, PG Dip. in HRM/IR & LL etc.) and learn all HR activities as much as possible....
