I am willing to do PhD in Human Resource. I am working as the Sr. HR and have done MBA in HR, and now want to get more deeply involved in the HR practices. Would really appreciate if someone could tell me of some of the good institutes offering PhD. in HR. Assistance would be really appreciated.

You are slightly late. forms of IMT, Gzbad have already been processed. try for next course of IGNOU. for high aspirations, all IIMs conduct entrance based on CAT scores

All India management association, lodhi road, delhi is a very good option.
i myself joined them in 2001 and did Change Mnagament from there.
excellent faculty ( all were fulltimers in industry), free courseware (a huge box of all foreign author books) and free graduate membership.
the fee was then 8000/- per semester even lower than my MBA..
