Dear All,
As I am new to HR and need a clarification on 4 rule of pf amendment which say that if employee contribute on salary exceeding 15000 than he has to contribute the govt share 1.16% as well.
In this my doubts are
1. If employees salary is 17000 and he is contributing on 15000 as per limit so in this case he has to contribute the govt share.
2. If employees salary is 17000 and he is contributing on 17000 so in this case he has to contribute the govt share on whole amount or on salary exceeding 15000 means 2000.
Kindly explain with the help of example.
