Hi To All!
Would like to know from all the HR Experts if it is compulsory to give a performance appriasal /ex-gratia to an employee who resigns from the job
The process had got delayed the appriasal were due in june but were completed in Aug the arrears have been paid to all the other employees but one employee resigned in August and we decided not to give her any increment of ex-gratia.
Would like to know are there any legal implication if we dont pay.

Hi, 1.There is no legal implications for performance pay. 2. If he/she is eligible according to the policy, then you must pay. 3. for the sake of separation don’t stop the pay,
