i am an MBA HR with over 10 yrs of corporate exp. & currently working as Asst. head- L&D. i wish to work as a visiting faculty for management institutes.
i request you to please guide me on how to go about it and what kind of subjects do colleges hire a visiting faculty for HR field. what kind of questions and subjects i should prepare when i go for the interview.
