Dear all i m working as a purchase executive in a interior company. My question is how shall i high light our performance to our seniors and what points to be indicated in performance appraisal while we are single handed person.

1.first prepare a purchase manual that can help follow a standard system and procedure.
2. simply report regularly with supporting evidence of your performance
3.highlite the ways to keep regular and alternative supplier from whom you can purchase
4. every time you purchase, show the comparative statement of your gain in individual purchse
5. show your genuine interest ,honesty and loyalty.
that sort ,i think sufficient.
