DEAR SENIOURS, I HAVE A QUESTION REGARDING ESIC DAYS. IN MY COMPANY WORKER ARE DOING WORK ON DAILY WAGES @ 450/-. SUPPOSE THEY WORK 30 DAYS AND DO DAILY 3-4 HOURS OVERTIME THEN HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD I TAKE IN ESIC PAID DAYS WHILE FILING MONTHLY CONTRIBUTIONS? PLEASE GUID ME.

If they work for 30 days or are paid for 30 days, put 30 or if they avail weekly off without PAY, then the paid days will be 25 or 26 in a month. put that. Donot mix the overtime with attendance nor with paid days. Overtime payment will have to be added to the total payment made and shown as salary.
