WOW!! I am overwhelmed with the responses to my post have not stopped coming in. I asked the company if they could increase the number of invites for the Beta program and this is the response I got from them:
" Dear CiteHR Members, We are delighted that so many of you have expressed a desire to join our Smiles R4 Beta program. The purpose of this Beta program is to get a limited number of users to use the software and give us improvement feedback, its not a program to "Test" the software, something we have already done. Therefore we will take a limited number of customers from different organisation size, geographical areas and industry verticals. In the next couple of days we will email to each one of you details of the program and the application service with a simple registration form that will enable us to select the companies we will include in the first phase."
As the responses are still coming in, I will wait till tomorrow to send the list to the company so that they can send out the information directly to each one of you.
In case you havent received the response from the company, you can direct your queries to

It is certainly a great offer. My friend told me about your posting but I dont find it here on CiteHR
Infact i joined cite hr today only to respond to the free hris offer.. :D
Can you please tell me or mail me the details as I would like to try the employee database.. ours is an IT company based in Noida and the employee data currently is maintained in excel files.
