Hello, We would like to change the increment percentage. What information we need to give to the Managements for their decision? It seems that there must be some analysis data to be considered.

Hi,
Increment percentage is something which is decided based on the performance of the Company for the period under review. The commonly followed increment percentage is 10% to 15 %. If you want to increase the % of increment you to need to justify how the performance of all employees had helped to improve the revenue of the company compare to previous period of year under review. Obviously Management will decide on increment numbers based on bottom of Profit and Loss statement.
