Could you please help me how to write a mail to boss for reviewing the resumes of freshers which i’m going to send him. i need a mail format.

Hi,
If all you are doing is forwarding resumes to your boss, then a simple covering sentence will suffice such as:
"Please find attached latest freshers resumes"
If, on the other hand your role is more involved in the recruitment process, then your boss will expect more from you, such as comments for each CV, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, etc.
You should give your boss solutions for him/her to consider.

Write a simple email requesting him to look at the resumes. Do include a short half sentence about a few highlight resumes. If its a long list then you might want to make a spreadsheet with comments.
