Also she had worked with top 50 multinational company in India and US.

Tcs going to check only what you have stated in CV or Employment form. Gaps and all now days not going to be a big issue in Tcs as on date. My friend recently joined with a gap in an employment. So I hope this case pertaining to degree and I hope he/she should declare everything in actual what he did.
