Dear All,
One of my friend need consultation on workers right under various labour laws. A manufacturing company working as under:
1. Over time payment on single rate.
2. Uniform & shoes not provide.
3. No bonus provide.
4. 12 and more hours working shift in a day.
5. no standing order is there.
6. Workers termination without proper reason or intimation. etc.
In the above condition a labour/ workers take what kind of action when he is currently working. Please help....

Dear RRY, The workers will form union in the factory and then it will be the biggest problem to all. So form the policies as per factory act and implement it along with minimum wages.

But My question is that, we are from labour side, kindly suggest the procedure & format to bound the management of company for the adherence the rule and regulations without any dispute.

Dear Ravi Raj,
You can make complaint to Dy. / Asst. Labour Commissioner for the above practices in the maniufacturing entity. Moreover Asst. Director of Health & Safety (Factory Inspector) can also be approached for the working timing of the entity.
You need to first approach Dy. / Asst. Labour Commissioner of your area. Please give him written complaint about the non adherance of the labour laws in the factory.
