Your question is not so clear... Whether you need to know more about the EHS Policy or you want to know about the basic things to be focused on a construction site...
However when comes to construction safety the most two risky activities are Work At Height and Electrical Work... You can get a lot material on both these topics from this forum itself...
Also a lot material is available on EHS Policy also on our forum... You just use the above reSearch option and search out these documents...
Still required anything specific come up with your specific requirements...

Dear All,
Just a thought-why do we have "Safety Day", "World Environmental Day", "Nature Day"-because, just a personal opinion, rest of the 364 days we are violating them-we pollute, blow our horns and care a fig about safety-especially some of the leading MNCs. The incident of the a lady losing her life in a Mock Drill is a point in case of negligence of the very force that was to save lives_the Fire Department??
Check check and check is the only solution. Penalise those who break the safety rule-do not pay lip service, take a few photos and a PPT to show that you are a HSE person/manager.
