I am working as an IT- Recruiter.
SAP HR is past, the present is SAP HCM - Human Capital Management.
It is the advanced version of SAP HR.
Pay is good for SAP HCM as it is a new skill and in demand with the MNCs at present.
Course with Siemens is good, but costly.
It is not compulsory that you have to do it from siemen's only.
But in SAP MNCs are looking for SAP professionals with Implementation exp.
Check for an institute which gives exp on projects with implementations.
