What are the games or Team building or leadership activities done , now we have around 15 members .

Please search in Internet, you get plenty of Icebreakers, team-building games.
A small piece of advice to all youngsters.
You people have this 'pizza' tendency right from beginning. During our times, there were not even computers, leave alone, internet connectivity. We struggled to get things through. We read books in the library to know things or from files, or from seniors. Youngsters, at the drop of the hat, rush to these fora, even for asking for spelling ! Everything is available in abundance in internet. Please take the pains of going through internet and only if you dont get the right answer or if you are not satisfied with the information given, then turn to these fora.
Please remember that we seniors also have job to do. So let your postings be relevant, challenging and meaning. It is not that we do not want to share our thoughts but like ordering pizza, you people place order and wait to be serve din 20 minutes flat ! lol.

Two things:
Firstly - If you want to go down this path of games etc, then everything you do needs to be aligned to the corporate goals of YOUR organisation. What other people do in their organisations may not be appropriate for you.
Start by developing a Training Plan and from that you can decide what activities you need to support the learning objectives.
Secondly - Games, ice breakers, energisers etc are NOT the be all and end all. I know people think they are necessary, but it is just a trendy thing that people do. Not everyone is comfortable with these things - I am a trainer and I DON'T LIKE them when I go to training courses. Many people will go to great lengths to avoid attending training if they think they are going to have to play games or be put on the spot in some way. No training will succeed if the attendees are not comfortable.
